With pressure on to get the most out of every delivery, there is always the temptation for logistics operators to push loads too far. But even marginal overloading risks damaging your vehicles, falling foul of the law and putting drivers and other road users at risk.
Our patented GVW and individual axle load monitoring technology puts drivers and fleet managers in full control so they know vehicles are always loaded within their safe legal limits. As well as bolstering health and safety and avoiding fines, overload protection carries an important cost benefit. Reduced wear and tear lowers the cost of vehicle ownership, while the ability to evidence compliance and a strong safety record also leads to reduced insurance costs.

The flexible compatibility of our products goes beyond physical installation. We have developed the system architecture of our software and hardware to allow for easy integration with existing vehicle communication and electronics, meaning, for example, that data can be monitored using the give single terminal, making separate indicators obsolete.
VanWeigh®
VanWeigh provides an easy-installation overload protection and load optimisation solution for dual-axle light commercial vehicles. Built around our revolutionary inclinometer technology, it fits vehicles with standard coil, leaf spring or air suspension and provides real-time data feeds, with a telematics option available.
TruckWeigh®
Featuring the same patented inclinometer technology as VanWeigh, TruckWeigh is an extremely versatile product capable of providing overload protection and load optimisation for practically any vehicle over 7.5 tonnes independent of it’s the type of suspension. Itcan monitor individual axle loads for an unlimited number of axles, perfect for checking balance and minimising wear and tear on big transport vehicles, with an accuracy of better than ±2.5% (90-100%GVW). The system remains easy to install and operate without need for re-calibration.
