TruckWeigh®
TruckWeigh is built around our revolutionary axle transducer technology providing a cost attractive solution where overload protection is all needed. Suitable for vehicles with a GVW above 7.5 tonnes, it delivers individual axle and vehicle gross weight monitoring to an accuracy of better than ±2.5% (90-100% GVW). This solution can support an unlimited number of axles or multi trailer setups with any type of suspension.
LFT 1500
Pay-by-weigh system load cell based system approved for trade invoicing from the cab. Accurate to 20kg in 15,000kg. Ideal for waste and recycling and bulk applications
LFT 1500 is a legal-for-trade weighing solution approved for trade invoicing from the cab. The load cell-based system is accurate to 20kg on 15,000kg and comes with a range of data transfer options and an in-built electronic data storage device (DSD). It is ideal for a range of bulk delivery applications as well as waste and recycling transportation.
BulkWeigh
Designed for accuracy, safety and optimised load distribution, BulkWeigh is a market leading onboard weighing solution for bulk haulage. Suitable for vehicles between 17 and 50 tonnes, BulkWeigh systems deliver outstanding accuracy of ±1% or better across all GVW. Simple controls and clear, intuitive displays ensure trouble-free monitoring in all environments. TipWatch and AxelWatch provide additional safety protections to prevent uneven weight distribution and overbalancing.
WasteWeigh
The WasteWeigh range delivers high accuracy (±0.5% GVW) real-time load monitoring for waste and refuse vehicles. Built around a rugged and reliable load cell installation, WasteWeigh systems deliver continuous data feeds for individual axle loads, net payload and gross vehicle weight displays, guaranteeing precision control, optimum efficiency and robust safety management throughout the payload and while loading and unloading. Safety is further boosted by automatic packer plate shutdown and a live camera feed.
VanWeigh
VanWeigh is our flagship on-vehicle overload protection / load optimisation solution for light commercial vehicles. Suitable for dual-axle vans weighing up to 7.5 tonnes, VanWeigh works with all suspension types and offers supreme simplicity in installation, operation and maintenance. Built around our patented inclinometer technology, it delivers weighing accuracy to better than ±2.5% (90–100% of GVW).
5th Wheel and Air
An onboard weighing system designed specifically for articulated air suspension vehicles. Utilising load cells underneath the 5th wheel of all major vehicle category makes, this solution is capable of high accuracy measurements of ±1.5% GVW or better.
Shear Pin Load Cells
Designed for easy installation and low maintenance, shear pin load cells can be used in a wide variety of on-board weighing and general industry applications. On-board applications of shear pins include use in the rear hinge assembly of dump trucks and roll-offs. This flexible, no hassle solution delivers outstanding accuracy typically within 1% of GVW.
